Our Barnyard BBQ Rub is designed for slow cooking methods like smoking.  Outstanding on Pork, Chicken & Beef. Best results occur when the rub is put on your meat and allowed to rest for 4-6 our minimum, preferrably allowed the meat to sit overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
